We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day to ensure good concentration and good health and Expressive Arts Week was a wonderful way for the Queensland Scripture Union to launch the GSHS breakfast club as a joint venture with Sarah Ellis from CARE Goondiwindi and school staff. read more

2011 Volleyball Junior Cup

Getting Air Public Art Project

This year saw 3 teams travel to Brisbane from the 13th -16th October to compete in the Queensland Volleyball Junior Schools Cup. Goondiwindi SHS was proudly represented by teams in the Intermediate Girls Division 3 and 2 teams in the Junior Girls Division 2. The girls represented themselves and the school with great dignity, both on and off the court. . read more

The Goondiwindi State High School Visual Arts Department continue to forge productive community partnerships through the creation of ‘real life learning experiences. A public art project to paint a mural and a series of totem poles to be installed at the Goondiwindi Skate Park .read more
